Refunds/Exchanges/Return Policy

We highly recommend you research the sizing of the items you purchase.

Exchanges/Returns are only permitted if the following criteria is met.

1. The item must not be worn, show signs of being worn, used, in any way. 

2. Your exchange/return must be submitted within 1 week of delivery, and sent back to us within 2 days of submission and acceptance. 

3. We do not provide shipping labels for returns.exchanges. The buyer is solely responsible for this, there are no exceptions. 

You will only be refunded when the item/items for a return come to us. We do not refund shipping from the order. It may take 7-10 days for the transaction to finalize once we submit the refund depending on your financial institution's practice. 

Items on sale, discount, special, preorder, sold at convention, tattoo shop, or pop up of any kind are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.

If you have a lost or stolen package, please contact the corresponding postal service. Our packages are almost always insured and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
