Delivery
When will I get my order?
Most orders ship within a week, some may take longer. Please be aware that if you've ordered a PRE-ORDER item it will take longer. Preorder items have their own time frames clearly listed in the product description.
I’ve received only part of my order, why is that?
Split shipments are quite common from us being that a lot of our items are made to order to reduce waste and lower overhead.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is automatically emailed to you the moment your package is in the system of the mail carrier. From there you can track your package along its journey to you. Please check your junk folder and double check if you signed up for SMS and not emails.
My item has arrived damaged and or is the wrong item. What do I do now?
To help resolve this for you quickly, please email us at orders@selfcareclothingcompany.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
If you cannot find your order confirmation email or text message:
Please check your junk folder in your email if you signed up for email alerts. If you signed up for text alerts please check your messages. ALL ORDER CONFIRMATIONS are automatically sent as soon as your order has been submitted. Please do not email us asking for your confirmation. We will not respond.
Ive entered the wrong address information! I ordered the wrong size! Etc.
We are not responsible for fixing issues such as this. Please make sure you enter your information properly, and order the correct sizing. There are no exceptions to this. If you've entered the wrong address, once it ships, contact the corresponding postal service to fix this issue. It is not ur responsibility.
